    This is the second year we have ordered these bats and we are very impressed with the craftsmanship and how quickly we receive them. The customer service is beyond exceptional and anyone I have talked to as been extremely pleasant. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because this year under the lettering you could see discoloration from the engraving so I was disappointed in that since we didn’t have that happen last year.

    I’ve been getting trophy bats for my seniors for at least 5 years. They are always a hit, and have been excellent quality every time.

    Phoenix bats did an incredible job on our Senior Class presentation bats. These bats look amazing. I have ordered several different bats from Phoenix and have never been disappointed. They even caught a mistake that I made and called me to ensure the correct information was engraved on a bat before they proceeded. Outstanding work!

    I searched long for the right custom bat to give to my friend and fellow fireman who is retiring after 20 years of service. He's a dedicated Mariners fan and played/coached for many years so a bespoke presentation bat seemed appropriate for display in his man-cave. Phoenix did a stunning job transcribing the intricate graphic I sent. Amazing attention to detail and professional fit & finish. Thank you for honoring my firefighting brother with such a stellar token of service.

    We had a custom bat done as a farewell gift and it turned out amazing. The team at Phoenix Bats did a great job and turned it around very quick as well. It took 3 days to receive the item.
