    I was absolutely thrilled with the product. Order was easy, the included custom engraving added a personal touch, and it delivered on time with no issues. I would highly recommend Phoenix Bats and use them for awards in the future.

    Ordered 10 of these as award bats for our 9u team. Kids loved them and I was happy to be able to put our team name, our motto "Attitude & Effort", but also able to personalize each one with the players name and number on the bat. Will be back for more presentation and game bats!

    We ordered these as something different for our senior ballplayers and 1. they turned out awesome and look really cool! 2. the seniors loved them (especially the pink bats for the girls) 3. we had them in our hands in less than a week! THANK YOU!!!

    The mini bats I ordered for my 9-10 year old team look great. Our logo came out excellent. The kids love them and they are much nicer than a standard trophy.

    Ordered mini bats for our graduating Seniors. So easy to personalize and download our logo. Called customer care for help regarding multiple bats. Very friendly and helpful. Also, I left a name off the list and they went above and beyond to make sure the bat got included with the order. Awesome service. Awesome people. Awesome product. Everyone is raving about the bats. The school will order them every year.

    Excellent product and workmanship. Would have given a 5 but they didn't offer fill color in engraving in Mini bats. Very happy with product otherwise

    Bats were AWESOME! We have them as graduation gifts to our baseball seniors, they loved them. Also other parents, graduates, and staff members of Pettus ISD were in “Aww” of them. Everyone loved them and said how awesome a great they looked. AMAZING JOB PhoenixBats!!! We will definitely reorder in the future. May even use as All-Tournament trophies for the players in our tournament!
