About The 13HD Wood Baseball Bat:
The 13HD wood baseball bat will be appreciated by the power hitter who likes a lot of whip. While the handle matches the average handle diameter of the TP13 pro player model and of the NP13, the barrel diameter is just a tad smaller. This allows us to add some additional durability to this model. With a long barrel similar to the TP13, and thus a similar larger sweet spot, this bat comes in at a -2 drop weight. Drive it past the outfielders and out of the park with your 13HD wood baseball bat.
All HD wooden bat models are crafted from the same high quality maple and birch woods as our other standard and pro wood bat models. To gain extra durability without sacrificing pop, the tweaked barrel is offset by the wood being denser (ie. harder). Denser wood equals a stronger bat and more energy transferred to the ball.
