About The 141HD Wood Baseball Bat:

The 141HD wood baseball bat offers the same average handle thickness and average diameter knob (enough to rest your hand on) as the standard R141 balanced baseball bat. The only difference is the barrel diameter is just a tad smaller to enable us to add some additional durability to this model. Being a well-balanced bat, the 141 HD is so easy to swing. It's a great fit for adult leagues and for high schoolers seeking some extra pop without being burdened by barrel weight.

All HD wooden bat models are crafted from the same high quality maple and birch woods as our other standard and pro wood bat models. To gain extra durability without sacrificing pop, the tweaked barrel is offset by the wood being denser (ie. harder). Denser wood equals a stronger bat and more energy transferred to the ball. Drive it in to the gaps and beyond with the 141HD wood baseball bat.

All of our HD models ship SAME DAY if ordered by 12p est time as a NATURAL bat, or NEXT DAY if ordered by 12p est time with a COLORED barrel.  ALL HD models come cupped with Natural/No Finish handles.

    When I asked how it went the first batting practice with the new wood bat... My Grandson's word's were: It Crushed!!! He likes the balance and "large sweet spot" of the bat. (His words.) Well done as always. Your company rocks.

    Great bat. I like a thin handle with solid barrell that remains balance; this bat has it! The quality of the wood is noticeable in the grains, and the results have shown it: 2 knocks on game one!

    Have purchased 2 of these bats. Will be using them at Cincinnati Reds Fantasy Camp. Hitting them in batting practice right now. Very good balanced feel has a bigger sweet spot.

    This is a really nice bat. From the quality of the wood stock to the attention to detail in the finish, everything about it is first class and it's perfectly balanced. If you are used to typical big brand offerings, it's immediately clear this is in a different league. Quick turnaround and great customer service. Highly recommended!

    Besides Phoenix bats having the strongest and most durable lumber. The 141HD is the best bat for all around usage. Very well balanced. I’ve tried other turns but always come back to the 141HD. Highly recommend!!

    I Got Wood! Phoenix wood baseball bats are the best! There is no better choice for a wood bat. There are all the "big" corporate bat companies but unless you're a pro you will absolutely not get the customization and attention to detail that Phoenix offers. We will remain a lifelong customer and support Phoenix Bats.

    Bat was better than expected. Engraving looks MLB ready! Wood is solid. I have ordered numerous bats from different companies. This is the first I've ordered from Phoenix and this time I feel like I got more than I paid for. I highly recommend.
