About The HR1421 Wood Baseball Bat:
This bat has two main attributes that make it a power hitter's dream wood bat: higher wood density and performance. The HR1421 professional wooden bat combines two of our most popular professional bat models. The barrel comes from the LA43, making it longer for more hitting area (also known as sweet spot). The density of wood used adds more pop for longer hits. Normally, the long barrel of the HR1421 pro bat would make this wood bat top heavy. But, the biggest flared knob we offer balances out the bat. Coming in at a moderate drop weight of -2.5, it is one of the more "swingable" power hitter bats. This professional series wood bat allows you to generate more bat speed versus a traditional power hitter's wood bat. So, if you are looking for a really balanced power hitters bat, but still want a long, dense barrel, the HR1421 is your bat!
