What you're getting may not be the greatest bat in the world, but it is indeed a TRIBUTE to the greatest bat in the world! This is an exact copy of the Original Phoenix Bat that was hand-turned in early 1996 by our founder Charley Trudeau. By working some back channels, having intense negotiations, and some life-long friendships, we were able to secure this piece of Phoenix Bats history. Now, YOU can own a part of our history by purchasing your very own copy of the ORIGINAL PHOENIX BAT. Kindly donated to us from Captain Ed Shuman of the Canal Fulton Mules Vintage Base Ball Club.
To add even a bit more nostalgia to this bat, we ONLY cut this bat out of 96oz stock (billets) - a subtle nod to our 1996 beginnings. Get it in ASH to be as authentic as possible!
